Browse the Private Collections
Explore the collections and note the item number, colorway and quantity of the styles you are interested in.
Contact HANAÉ
Send your selected item numbers, colorways and quantities through one of our contact channels.
Availability Confirmation
HANAÉ will review current inventory, material availability, quantities and estimated preparation time.
Final Invoice
Once your order is confirmed, a final wholesale invoice will be prepared and sent to you.
Payment
Complete payment securely using the payment link provided with your confirmed invoice.
Shipment
Your order will be prepared for shipment after payment confirmation.
PAYMENT
Wholesale orders and invoices are generally issued in USD.
Once product availability and order details have been confirmed, HANAÉ will send a final invoice with a secure payment link.
Payment can be completed by credit or debit card through our secure checkout. Where available, a PayPal account is not required for card payment.
Please complete payment only after receiving your confirmed wholesale invoice from HANAÉ.
MATERIALS & PRODUCT VARIATION
HANAÉ collections feature a range of materials selected according to each design, including gemstones, pearls, shell, glass, ceramic, wood and other components.
Where natural materials are used, color, pattern, shape and surface texture may vary slightly from piece to piece.
These natural variations are part of the individual character of the material and are not considered defects.
AVAILABILITY & LEAD TIME
Product availability and preparation times may vary depending on the style, quantity and availability of materials.
For wholesale orders, current availability and estimated preparation or shipping schedules will be confirmed before final payment.
WORLDWIDE
SHIPPING
Wholesale orders are shipped from Seoul, South Korea to destinations worldwide.
Shipping may be arranged through EMS, DHL or other international courier services depending on the destination and order requirements.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package size, weight and order volume and will be confirmed before final payment.
Customs duties, import taxes and any local fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS & ORDER ISSUES
Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, confirmed wholesale orders are generally considered final.
If your shipment arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or there is another issue with your order, please contact HANAÉ within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order details and clear photographs so that we can review the issue promptly.
